"The room was clean and spacious. The bell hop staff was helpful on recommending ways to get where we were going more quickly. Front desk staff was quick at check-in and helpful with an incoming, last-minute delivery. The bathroom doesn't have a ton of counter space but there's a useful ledge in front of the mirror. Would absolutely stay here again."

"I checked in 9/11 around 8pm, when I was greeted and asked for my confirmation, employee informed me that my reservation had been canceled. I made my reservation through Expedia. My initial reservation was for three nights, shortly after making my reservation. I canceled the third night and received a new confirmation from Expedia. Apparently Expedia decided to cancel the entire reservation, although they sent me a new confirmation number. The funny thing is, a minute before I walked in the hotel Expedia sent me an email asking me how the check in process had gone. But the young lady (unfortunately I didn't get her name) working the front desk, made me a new reservation and got me checked in smoothly. Thank you to her."

"We opted into a days-long impromptu Chicago trip for and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. We loved our stay! Arrived in the morning and early check in was available, which allowed us to dive into exploring the city. The key cards are adorable—our favorites were the rabbit, the lioness, and the cow. The room was sizable, comfortable and incredibly clean. Best night’s sleep! It felt secure. Security was present, but not overbearing, and staff (desk, bellhops, valet attendants, housekeeping, you name it) were vigilant, attentive, pleasant, and accommodating; if they did not remember names, they remembered faces - a feat in a hotel in a city this size where they must see hundreds of people a day. Valet parking is available, valet staff were always present and active whenever we passed by. $80 for overnight parking. Restaurant on premises was solid. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on two occasions; there is something for everyone on the menu. We had a river view from our rooms, as well as of the Wrigley Building and Marina Towers. The hotel is centrally located and we were a stone’s throw away from the architectural boat tour docks, the Chicago Architecture Center and Chicago Tribune Tower. Walking distance to the Bean, the Art Institute of Chicago, and a plethora of restaurants. You can take a water taxi to Navy Pier. When it was time to leave, our flight was cancelled last minute and rescheduled for later in the day; we were able to do late check out."

"The venue is beautiful, rooms are huge, great location for jumping on the "L", visiting the Art Museum, south loop, etc. I really loved. Added bonus; the staff were genuinely warm and friendly."

"Nice view. Really didn’t like the energy from the guy that checked my son and I in. Breakfast was included with our stay. But, he didn’t give us the voucher that was needed my son had to go get it. It was his 21st Birthday and I wanted him to stay somewhere nice"
