When I checked out I asked if they could kindly hold my bag because my husband took the car to a meeting and would pick them up in a couple hours so I did t have to drag them to breakfast meeting. They refused. No willingness to accommodate me. Very disappointing customer service for a Best Western. ...

"I had a wonderful stay, the staff was amazing, very attentive and always ready to provide an excellent stay. The amenities first-rate, plenty of clean towels and anything you would need, the cafe has great coffee! The room was very clean and well stocked. Best sleep I’ve had in a while! The shower also was excellent - I would highly recommend a stay here at the Harlow - and due to travel delays I am back for my second night!
