"The booking was after 7:00 PM and the hotel manager made time to show the entire home room by room, explain the amenities, and walk the grounds to enhance the experience. The tour included a detailed list of local attractions including Angeles City, local fresh food market, options for transportation, and the massive SM Mall. "We appreciated the excellent service provided by the morning shift security guard, who was attentive, proactive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel’s location, set slightly deeper within the street, offers a quieter and more relaxed environment. One area for improvement would be the power reliability, as we experienced two separate brownouts during our visit."
