"It was close to the airport. We reached the hotel by walking. You can not eat dinner at the hotel. There are 2 walking distant restaurants recommended. Breakfast was good. I had to pay as it was not included when I booked the hotel. Staffs were helpful."

Even the shuttle driver was excellent - as I almost had a fainting attack and he rushed to get me water - sugar and helped us even at the airport. "Dies war "formell" das beste Hotel unserer Portugalreise aber in Wirklichkeit das schlechteste. Vorteil ist nur die Lage direkt am Strand. Wir hatten vorher per Mail und auch vor Ort um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Wir haben ein Zimmer 3 Meter vom Parkplatz über der Bowlingbahn und neben der Abluft der Küche erhalten. Schlafen geht also nur nach Bowlingende und der Balkon ist nicht wirklich nutzbar. Am zweiten Tag war dann noch eine Abschlussfeier einer Schule im Hotel - mit allem was so...

"Not a 4 star hotel. Super dated old hotel and they don’t even try to maintain anything. When something breaks down, they don’t even try to fix it. We came into a hot room and the AC was not blowing, and they tried to gaslight me. Make me feel like I’m crazy. But we booked two rooms and the other room the AC was blowing just fine. They made it seem like we didn’t know how to use an AC and they did not change the room until the third time we asked. The balcony area looked really gross. Everything...

"If using the indoor pool, bring a swim cap and flip flops so you don’t need to purchase them. Otherwise, great stay just outside of Porto. We used Bolt to get around during our stay."

"Definitely a 3 star hotel . The room smelled like mold . Everything was a bit outdated. I arrived at 12am and the guy at the front desk kept asking me for the same things after giving them to him already. He took my passport , gave it back to me then asked for it again.. he did that a few times .. kinda annoying to deal with that late at night . Also I don’t know when’s the last time someone emptied the garbage cans in middle of the hallway but the hallway really stunk bad. Breakfast was meh ....
