"The place was great! The room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The air conditioning was a huge plus. I would not recommend the food at the restaurant, however. It is overpriced and bland. But the property grounds were beautiful and the staff were kind and helpful."

"They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!"

"The property is located with a group of businesses that cater to travelers, rental cars, Denny’s restaurant open 24 hours. The airport shuttle runs 24/7. As a lone traveler I felt very safe even though I arrived at 3am after long flight delays. I will definitely stay there again when coming and going from SJO"
