Pool with slide is a big plus. Front staff is welcoming and the property is very close to highway which makes it an easy entry/exit for banff.

The beds are terribly uncomfortable and it was very hot in our room even with the window open in April. I cut my foot on a broken light in the pool. I pulled it out of the pool and put it on the side and called front desk about it and nothing was done about it.

It was our first time at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it is. Staff was very nice and we were upgraded to a king upon check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved our stay. When we arrived felt chilled and the fireplace was so warm and cozy. Beds amazing Kerig coffee great Didnt use the pool but my grand children would have loved it Lemongass toiletries were amazing and fresh The room was very clean Will definitely come again and this time bring our grandchildren Thank you 😊

Good place to stay with a family. Wish there was an insight restaurant. The free fresh cookies were a nice touch though!

The room is very clean and the bed was very comfortable like home. All staffs are very friendly. The breakfast was good. Everything is excellent. I definitely will come back if i have a chance.

This was a perfect one night stay. Pool and hot tub were great, VIP included a free bottle of wine which was lovely. Had a followup call to make sure the room was all ok. Tasty breakfast buffet included. Very friendly service. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

A great hotel in Canmore for families, especially if visiting Banff. Clean spacious rooms, a well done complimentary breakfast buffet, and the best part, the fastest waterslide around. Pool is warm and the hot tub is big. We are return guests and highly recommend it.

Very family and pet friendly hotel. The rooms were large and very comfortable. We had a fireplace and a porch so we could enjoy the cool mornings and scenery. The breakfast room is on the smaller side so each morning we were here we had to wait for a table. Convenient to Banff and a great value.

I had two rooms booked for one night. And at midnight the toilet in one room maid a god awful sound waking us up . And there was foam bubbling out of the toilet. The fron desk was unable to assist due to there being no maitance on site and they where fully booked. Then at 7am the other room toilet overflowed while they where sleeping.

We prepaid and stayed 8 days. The right side of the building to get around needs mirrors as people drive from both sides can’t see people coming. We had to wait and back up 3x. So we took another route after. Parking is full every night with only one handicap on the back :( Our room lamp wasn’t working maintenance came and let us know it’s broken and wanted to replace and hotel told him no and nothing was done the whole stay. We didn’t pay the price we did for half a room lit and all the problems. So disappointing. The air conditioner was extremely loud but we needed it. The toilet ran everytime you flushed it. Cleaning staff oh my gosh when they cleaned the room beside us they banged against the wall and literally shook our bed it was insane. It woke my kids and I up frightening us. The floors weren’t cleaned. One day they didn’t do my kids beds only ours which was very odd and annoying. The beds are not comfortable and the pillows are the flattest smallest worst pillows we’ve ever used. Only 3 per bed which is strange as most have 4. No bedding or pillows for the pullout couch either. Room size was nice but could’ve been cleaner. The dust buildup on the nightstand between the bed on everything was disgusting. Pool was nice for the kids the chlorine is extremely strong. Breakfast okay. Cookies yummy! Staff meh didn’t deal with anything or comp. Realize stayed when it was Best Western and cleaners left our door open when we were out. The staff didn’t care like this stay.

Overall we had a great stay. Breakfast buffet was great. The staff were friendly. Only concern we had was the broken tile on the swimming pool which cuts my daughter's toe. We reported it on the reception.
