"The hotel was great, however we arrived late at night and found the parkade was closed for construction; the hotel was offering parking a block away with a shuttle to the hotel. We found on street parking a block away. It was inconvenient, not known at time of booking and it doesn’t look like this is a short term issue. We overheard other families with the same complaint."

"The room was nice, clean and had a lovely fireplace. The only problem was the thermostat defaulted to very hot and we had to get up several times during the night to try and adjust it."

"We had the best check in experience, and any time we needed anything they were happy to help! I love that the room had laundry - and if we needed extra detergent pods they were available on site! The room we rented was perfect for me and my husband! With the fridge and stove as an added bonus! The only issues we had, we could not get the room to cool down in the winter, even with turning the heat off. They provided fans those to help! The other small issue.. our bed was not as clean. Only thing is the hot tub situation, if there would have been more than one at least per building, it was hard to get a chance to enjoy it there was always overcrowding at the hot tub. Other than that for the room itself 5 stars. Also the parking placement for 401 was a little confusing and questionable. Love that the room supplied and generous amount of shampoo, body wash and conditioner. "

"The double or queen beds are fantastic and dreamily comfortable. When booking a room keep in mind that some rooms currently don't have blackout drapes that close fully, they stop at the edge of the baseboard heater / ac unit. Ask the front desk staff about this for the room you're booking. As these rooms get updated over time, according to the front desk staff, this will be addressed. It can depending on summer or winter sunrise time wake you up early as the sun enters your room even with it...
