This hotel was excellent, we arrived after 6pm due to a flight delay but the guard at the gate had our key and let us in. It is important to note Google Maps takes you the wrong way, the entrance is through a 24/7 serviced gate which also allows access to the marina/port. Reviews speak negatively about showing up after 6pm but the reality is quite the opposite, things happen and the gate attendants went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and let us in.

Beautiful views. However service is lacking mainly due to staff leaving property at 6pm and no food in the area or activities walking distance. When you can actually locate staff member who doesn’t just bounce it to a manger, the service is good. And they do seem to try and overcome their shortcomings. My biggest issue was advertising of a private beach that was not there or under construction or something. It’s rocks with a fall of into the sea, not a private beach, but with no signs or translations on the entire property who knows. Their laundry is not laundry. It’s dry cleaning. Expedia has two different classifications for this so it’s not like they say laundry and mean dry cleaning. Amenities are being advertised that simply do not exist.

Wunderschönes Hotel und Aussicht, mässig mit Kind!

Das Hotel und der Ort hat uns mit seiner traumhaften Lage und Meersicht super gefallen, jedoch war es uns nicht bewusst, dass zu dieser Zeit das Aussenbecken (beheizt) im Umbau und nicht verfügbar war. Da es für uns mit kleinem Kind mitunter wegen dem Pool und der angegeben Kinderfreundlichkeit angepriesen war, hat sich das für uns als nachteilig herausgestellt. Der Service, wenn er da war !!! war stets aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist jedoch grundsätzlich mehr für Erwachsene zu empfehlen. Wir haben in den Restaurants des Hotels gut gegessen, leider haben sie uns aber einmal einen schlecht riechenden Fisch serviert, welcher dann jedoch anstandslos zurückgenommen wurde. Ansonsten waren die Gerichte vorzüglich.

Relaxing and spectacular view.

Very nice facility. Amazing pool. Great area although a little hard to find and out of the way. Nice room but limited closet space. Staff were very good however they are only on duty to 6pm each day. Good breakfasts.

Une seule fausse note: le petit déjeuner. Café en machine et des pommes et des kiwi alors que les marchés abondent de fraises cerises ou fruits de l'été. Des méduses dans la petite crique en juin.

Un séjour des plus reposant dans un petit coin de paradis. Une belle chambre spacieuse vue sur mer. Une belle piscine. Le petit déjeuner est servi avec des produits de qualité. L’environnement est calme et silencieux. Un vrai bijou.

Wir warten immer noch!

Teuer und gut könnte man sagen wenn die Servicebereitschaft den außergewöhnlichen Standart des Hauses erreichen würde! Keine Rezeption und keine Gastronomie ab 18:00Uhr! Eine Zimmerfrau die früh ab 6:00 Uhr durch die Gänge fliegt und ihre Putzsachen hinterher! Meine Elektrozigarette die immer noch im Hotelkomplex auf dem Zimmer liegt wohl bekannt und keine Anstalten unternommen wurden es zurück zu schicken! Das geht auf keinen!!

wunderbares Hotel auf Privatgelände

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Es ist ein Gebäude mit ganz spezieller Architektur und das gante Privatgelände auf dem das Hotel steht, hat seinen eigenen Reiz. Es ist definitiv einen Aufenthalt wert!

Lovely such a beautiful hotel so relaxing and comfortable.you will need a car,although we ate in the restaurant.Breakfast is served outside weather permitting,unfortunately the breakfast is a little disappointing.All the staff are so so friendly.Highly recommend.

Great place but you definitely need a car

We didn't expect this Hotel to be part of a large secure compound consisting of villas, apartments, the Hotel, and a harbour. The security gates are manned 24 hours a day and a pass is necessary to get in. It is all set on a steep slope down to the water, so walking is either down a steep slope or up a steep slope. It is also ok to drive within the compound and there is plenty of parking around, though I wonder if there is enough in high season. We have just come back and the whole area was very quiet with most villas and apartments unoccupied. There is a heated swimming pool at the Hotel and another salt water pool and restaurant down at the harbour. The restaurant down there closed for the winter last Sunday which meant that the only restaurant for the entire compound was the one in the Hotel, and this restaurant stopped serving lunch for the winter last Sunday. So there was nowhere which did lunch which meant that a trip to the nearest town was necessary for that. The nearest town is Theoule sur mer which is definitely not a walk away (unless you are a very keen hill walker). It is a hilly drive of about 4 kilometres, which is why you need a car for this location. Also there are no shops within the compound. That said the Hotel was excellent with beautiful rooms which were well equipped and with lovely views. All facilities were excellent The grounds are maintained immaculately and it is a lovely peaceful place to stay.

The hotel is very well located unfortunate for the price of the rooms are quite old fashioned the food in the restaurant is very tasteful the service less . The breakfast is not worth €20 per person very basic
