Everything was wonderful. Location, nice room and clean the only thing was that if you wanted an extra towel or covers you had to pay for it.

Poor service and people in the reception we spoke to could not speak English. The room was not clean, when our baby was crawling on the floor in a white outfit it got brown/grey within minutes… besides that it’s a decent place with ok location

Terrible service from some staff members- rude! Where have you heard that you need to pay to change your bath towel! For the price I am not sure I would want to put up with some of their staff. Although some( male staff) were very helpful and great service!

The Nemea apart hotel is in an excellent location for central Cannes, the Croisette and for shops, bars, and restaurants. The facilities are good and the check in is efficient and friendly. The rooms have good facilities, comfortable beds, and good showers. It’s great to have a kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher etc. too. The rooms do need some attention in terms of carpet cleaning/vacuuming, sofa had stains on it. which should have been cleaned prior to arrival, as did the mattress, and our fridge door wouldn’t close properly and just needed general maintenance to keep the facilities in good condition for guests. Overall, a good, secure, and well equipped apart-hotel, with good facilities, and is good value for money.

Convenient but no comfort and not worth the stay

I have stayed here before and had a good experience but this time around I was not happy. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice but neither the phone or the tv worked. I had to beg for more toilet paper and soap and the people at the front desk had no idea how to answer any questions. Cleaning staff comes once a week instead of every day and when you needed anything the response is always "I don't know" or "we don't have that". The description says pool but they don't actually have one that is open. You should tell your guests this before they book or after they book as this is one of the reasons i booked this hotel. Aside from check in, the staff is unfriendly and not knowledgeable. When i asked for dinner recommendations or directions to attractions, the front desk had no idea or gave me horrible suggestions or none at all. If you work at the front desk you should have some idea of what is going on in your city and you should be able to recommend places to go and eat/visit. I have never encountered a hotel that does not give you kleenex or toilet paper when asked. To say the least i will not be staying here again, and this hotel is nowhere near the star rating that it is given. It is a 2 star at best.

This property is 15 minutes walk from the train station and roughly 30 mins from the beach, shopping, etc. Its not convenient if you plan to walk and I didn't find the staff accommodating

The property access was unclear, once we entered we were told to move to a different spot. After checking in we went to the room only to find out a small apartment with holes in the curtains and a shower that had one-to-many issues. The couches were dirty as well. As for the location, it’s definitely not the best for new visitors. We ended up checking out early and renting in a different place

Some of the staff were great, but 2 were rude and not helpful. I also didn’t like taking out my own trash. If you want guests to take out their own trash out, you should provide more durable bags and more than one, especially if you have to leave the building to take the trash out.

Vacation in Cannes

Location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything. Cleaning is not included in the service if you stay shorter than a week, unless you pay extra. Breakfast is expensive in the hotel but there are nice boulangeries in the neighborhood.
