"We loved the relaxing atmosphere at Heritage Village Resort. The options for beach towels and a mat for the nearby Arossim beach was helpful. We loved the poolside but wished it could be open until a bit later than 7.30pm. The breakfast was good. The curated experiences and activities were nice. Although only English music played making the resort feel more European than Indian. We liked the in-room dining options and easy access to restaurants. We didn’t like our bed as it was 2 twins put...

"Very friendly staff and very accommodating"

"Amazing hotel. Staff were super friendly and attentive for all your needs. Our room was exactly as advertised and more than enough space for three adults."

"Service is little slow at the speciality Asian restaurant"

"Beautiful hotel with vast estate of well maintained gardens. Clean pristine beach right next to the hotel. Loved the room with the plunge pool. Staff were very helpful. Services were excellent. They even provided free taxi services from/to the airport! Brest was included and had lot of variety options. If you can afford then don't hesitate to stay in Taj resort!"

"Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️"

"We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast. We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were...

"I liked the overall stay very helpful staff and well maintained property. Breakfast was excellent we had good breakfast so that we can have a light lunch. Swimming pool was nicely maintained and all amenities was good. As they have buggy service to the banolim Beach till 6 pm in evening you have very good access to the beach as well to enjoy the evening sunset. Overall very satisfied with the stay"

"This was the most amazing stay I've had in Goa. The whole place is beyond beautiful and exquisite. Its a heritage property with class hospitality. The food was the highlight for us. The chef made a very special dish for us which all of us loved and made us feel very very special. He ensured we had a great time and enjoyed talking with him. A must visit place."

"10/10 experience, can’t wait to visit again!"

"We spent 3 weeks at Martin’s Comfort - late January to mid February. Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. We were initially concerned by the state of the swimming pool which was suffering an algae bloom - very green - and wasn’t usable. However during the next few days this was sorted out by the staff and it was lovely to have it back in use - not a...
