"Everything about this place from check in to check out was amazing. The check in was seamless, the staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The two onsite restaurants are wonderful. The infinity pool and bar is perfect. We also got massages at the spa and Becky and Raziya were so professional. Valencia and the hotel staff were also wonderful. Highly recommend."

"We loved our experience at the resort - the lush greenery, friendly staff, great food options - the best we had in days- proximity to the beach. Pankaj provided a doctor immediately as I came in sick which was timely. I recovered quickly as a result and join the family on day trips. It felt warm as everyone was enquiring. "Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. "The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor. This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff.
