"Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost."

This was our 3rd visit to Millers Arms, the only fault this visit was our room was very small bed not very comfortable and I found the lighting in the room was a bit dark specially for getting ready & doing my makeup , although bathroom light was bright but mirror was very high up on the wall I couldn’t really use ! Otherwise thank you. "

"It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly. All in all a good stay - thank you Bat & ball Xx"

"I rented a private room for myself. This meant I had four bunk beds and an en-suite to myself for £40. It was very clean and actually quite quiet and the check-in was super easy and friendly. A much better deal than similarly priced hotels I think. Thanks!"
