And they asked the supervisor and eventually they gave me an answer that they no longer do business with Hotels.com. But they are willing to let me stay if I pay again for registration!! No plans to clear up why the reservation I made with a confirmation # wasn’t able to be found. Then finally the supervisor says they only deal with Agoda now!! Hotels.com didn’t take the hotel off of the website so...
