"Much larger than I expected but with plenty of courtyards and other common areas that were well kept. The breakfast was a very complete and lovely spread of food. Pay 1 day in advance and it’s 19 instead of 23 Euro. The room was modern and the bed was firm but very comfortable. The one thing that could be improved is that the lighting did not get bright enough for tasks."

"Issues: - The unfrosted, clear bathroom window had no internal nor external blinds, so there was little privacy, especially at night with the light on. It's true that the nearest buildings with a clear view of the bathroom were quite far, but still uncomfortable for many guests, I'm sure. - The pricing of the rooms was very misleading; advertised at around 120 Euro per night making it appear competitive with modestly-priced hotels nearby, but then 100 Euro of unspecified "taxes and fees" were added to the bill. If reserving a room here, check the total price you'll be charged to avoid a shock. Otherwise, a very luxurious and comfortable room, with separate living room/kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, clearly very new. The kitchen was very well-equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine with 2 pods provided, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, etc. I didn't interact with any staff at all - all communications were via email and keycodes provided to enter the building, room, and access WiFi. This was all very efficient but impersonal. The tiny reception desk was unstaffed whenever I passed it. Very nice accommodation, but verify what you'll be charged."

"This was an excellent hostel style stay - you just need to have the expectation of hostel not hotel. The bed was small but comfortable - take ear plugs as you will hear the guests in the capsules nearby. The shared spaces were good - showers were down the stairs as were most of the bathroom facilities. WiFi didn't always work well in the sleeping areas which was an issue for the electronic key at times. Enjoyed having access to shared kitchen and eating spaces. We were grateful to not be assigned an upper level capsule as that would have been a little more challenging for us as guests in our 60's to access. All in all a reasonably priced stay near the Grand Via and we would stay here again."
