"This is my go to stay in San Jose. The staff is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the area is great, and the vibe is relaxed. I have nothing at all bad to say about this place and I plan to stay here many more times when I pass through San Jose."

"Safe, clean, and quiet. In the middle of Chinatown on a pedestrian only street. You can pick up your taxi or uber at the corner with ease. Police presence and police cameras around town make it safer than other areas. The staff is very supportive and will offer their guidance for a better stay. Safety lockers available. Mattress remarkably comfortable."

"The view from the balcony is amazing. The dorm bed was comfortable, toilet facilities were great. Kitchen was good as well although could use new kitchen utensils/pots/pans as what was available were quite destroyed/melted. Overall great dorm!"

"Nice clean place with friendly staff, with a pool by the forest, a quiet spot for yoga/meditation/massage, and paths in the forest where we saw squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys and scarlet macaws. The pool has a few missing tiles but, apart from that minor thing, everything else was nicely kept and clean."

"Great for a night’s rest and a shower in the city centre. Wonderful staff. They provide a loud fan which blocks out all the street noise for a good sleep. Gracias Casa colon!"
