The building and grounds are beautiful and old, worn by time, but with character. The afternoon ocean breeze is cooling and the beach is shaded in the late afternoon. "Although this place is very basic, with essebtially no electricity or service and we werent able to complete the second half pf our rafting due to heavy rains, wr loved this place. "Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. If you can book this place in the morning for the evening, the resort must respond, otherwise...
