The reception lady couldn’t care less and said we should have arrived 5 min earlier. That was never mentioned to us. When the shuttle returned he refused to drive us but insisted on waiting until 6:30. We all then had to take a taxi. For an airport hotel this is unacceptable. "

"We stayed here on our last night in CR just to be close to the airport. We had 2 sets of grandparents with us and they moved us all to the same floor and one connecting room to ours so the kids could have a “suite”. It was clean and had a great view of the mountains. We drove earlier that day from Manuel Antonio so we just stayed in the hotel and enjoyed the games they had which was entertaining. Staff was friendly and booked a shuttle for the next morning for us last minute with no issues. I would recommend this place for anyone. "
