"The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. "Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful. "Excelente ubicación, a unos metros del lago y tienes un supermercado enfrente, muy Espacioso y muy bonito por dentro, lo único que no me gustó fue que no tiene ventiladores que en verano son muy necesarios, el acceso es compartido con otros apartamentos, las instalaciones no son modernas pero están en buen estado."

"Overall pretty good experience. It’s next to an arena and only a few minutes walk to the train station and a few minutes train ride to Luzern. The kitchen is small and only has basic supplies but it’s plenty for just three of us. For the price I think we will consider staying there again."
