"We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we arrived we couldn’t checkin with the automated system which was a hassle. When we got a hold of someone on the phone and finally got into our room, it was the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen (stains and shaved hair absolutely covering the bathroom sink, dirty underwear on the floor, dirty dishes in the kitchen, etc). When we called the desk, they moved us into a room that was basically in an active parking lot on the ground floor, so we couldn’t...

"I only stayed here for one night before my flight out of Switzerland and back to Miami, but I like the hotel a lot various aesthetic and reasonably priced and walking distance to some shops and the train station. The only thing is they don’t have central air and it was confusing to turn on the air unit that is in the room. I think the front desk should do a better job of making that known."

"Very easy (SHORT) walk to/from the circle line (from airport terminal). Flavored water by the check-in desk, take a glass or two for your room (one tall plastic glass is provided in the room). Appreciate the box for keys by the door for convenient checkout. Staff at front desk very courteous, friendly and efficient. Note - the Italian pizzeria place next door will serve you a drink before telling you that each person of your party must order a meal or they will not allow you to eat there. So our party of 2 (who don't care to overeat nor have leftovers when leaving to go home early in morning) had to get our ONE pizza to go... to eat in our hotel room (which was fine). So instead of perhaps selling us each another (overpriced) alcoholic beverage, we finished what we had and took our pizza to go."
