"SOOOO SO MUCH FUN!! it was our first getaway out of the country and we couldn’t have been more impressed!! They planned all our excursions for us making the stress on us SOOO much less!! They treated us so well and were so much fun!! Such a beautiful country to experience and thanks to them, we got to experience so much!! If you love nature and wildlife and adventure THIS is the country to go to!! JUST BE RESPECTFUL!! Love love loved the hotel and all that came with it!! we will definitely be back!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! The resort was beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and the views were incredible. The monkey trail was so much fun, and watching the monkeys was definitely one of our favorite parts. What really stood out was the staff. Every single person went out of their way to take personal care of us, and everyone was so knowledgeable and genuinely welcoming. By the time we left, it honestly felt like we were leaving friends behind. The food was amazing, too. We really didn’t have any reason to leave the resort to find a great meal—it had everything we needed right there. Most of all, we left with a true appreciation for the Pura Vida lifestyle. Relax, enjoy the beauty around you, and appreciate the people and experiences along the way. What an incredible Costa Rica experience! 🇨🇷🌴❤️ We will be back!!!"

"The only reason one star was removed was because there should be better doors for the igloos and a locking option on the inside. The reason your guests find this important is because if we are inside changing and do not hear knocking, the cleaning staff will enter. This is not ok. The only issue is the window covering does not fully cover the window. I don’t think it’s appropriate for people to be able to see in my room while we are supposed to have privacy. Other than those things, this place is excellent.we have stay at this place five times I believe for a minimum of three nights each time. The staff is very personable. The restaurant is decent. The lunch/dinner menu tastes better than the breakfast menu. But both are still decent. They make excellent drinks at the restaurant. My other minor complaint is that you need more pool towels for your guests. Waiting until 3pm for them to be cleaned isn’t ok. We were going to try to keep and reuse ours the next day so we wouldn’t have the issue… but the cleaning teams takes them. Not sure why as we were trying to reduce and reuse. Anyway, we would definitely go to this resort again. There are a few very easy improvements I have requested. :)"

"El resort está bien mantenido y, desde nuestra última visita, se notan mejoras claras en el restaurante y en otras áreas del hotel. Mi única queja es que las camas son muy pequeñas y las almohadas, duras y también pequeñas. Nos gustó mucho poder hacer las caminatas y creo que aún queda mucho donde pueden mejorar, como un espacio para niños y algún tipo de espacio donde uno se pueda bañar, sea una piscina, ojalá con agua fría como la del río, o algo similar. Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia y volveríamos."

"Hello, My wife and I stayed here for 4 days. The service was incredible, breakfast included , and they even upgraded our room. Would recommend anyone to stay here if they never have visited Costa Rica. The staff provided great service and recommendations. It felt like I was in the show White Lotus lol"

"Me gustó todo de este alojamiento, nos recibieron con una bebida refrescante ideal por el calor del lugar, las habitaciones cómodas, limpias y permiten descansar plácidamente. El desayuno con variedad y preparado al momento, muy rico, lo mismo que las otras opciones del menú. Se ubica a pocos minutos del parque nacional. Recomiendo el lugar sin duda alguna, volvería todas las veces a este alojamiento, no hablo solo por mi sino por el grupo de 6 personas que éramos."
