"1820 was great but the room needed a new mattress. Very clean but needed a comfortable bed"

"Clean and nice property Helpful staff"

"We liked that it was right downtown within walking distance to Restaurants and Shopping and Valet Parking was a plus. Breakfast was great! We will stay here again! Thank you!"

"Was a decent place to stay, rooms were very dated looking but staff was helpful and place was clean."

We stuffed a towel under the door and it did help. The second morning we were leaving early. There was no hot water for showers. Disappointing. We got dressed and headed to the elevator. It wasn’t working. The lady who checked us in and out was very apologetic but I will not stay here again."

"Great hotel for early morning flights. I always stay here. Nice rooms and beds, great breakfast. Punctual shuttle!"
