"The property was beautiful with all the trees and quality of the room. I liked that it was small and quiet but yet in downtown LaFortuna. The room was very clean and there was laundry on site. Would highly recommend."

"Kaluma Villas was perfect for our family of 4. We stayed in the deluxe chalet which was very spacious and clean, and was fully equipped in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The private pool was a very nice feature. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, with great suggestions on supermarkets/restaurants/activities etc. Highly recommended staying here!"

"Omg 10/10. I had a blast staying here. The hot tub came in handy after going hiking. I went during the wet season so the volcano was covered by clouds but I’m sure during the dry seasoning the view is beautiful. Everything was well-kept. The villa itself was nice and elevated inside. Would stay here again. The villa is very nice but it’s also fairly new so there’s a dirt road that leads to it, so when you uber or are using a shuttle make sure to advise them to come to the end of the dirt road....

"Property is fantastic beautiful views and view of small waterfall. Walk around property and enjoy the nature, river, waterfall. Property manager on site was super friendly and helpful. Three story type house. Kids loved the bunk at the top. Easy walk to town for food and groceries. We stopped here between drive from SJO and La fortune and stayed one night then went to blue falls great stop!! "
