"Room was absolutely disgusting. The floors, walls, ceilings have never been cleaned and it shows through the whole building. Black mold in my bathroom. Please check out other hotels before this one."

"The gentleman helping folks was very pleasant and informative. The condition of the rooms was quite the opposite. There was hair in the shower, the beds, and the counter tops. The towels were covered in mysterious orange and yellow stains. I went to the store to get us fresh towels because I was so grossed out. Went to crawl into bed and there was hair all over the sheets and some crumbs that resembled burnt bread? We only slept there one night but I'm certain we would have cancelled and stayed...

"There was a sanitary longer for women's swim wear stuck to the wall in the room. Grimy feel to the floor. Bathroom didn't even include shampoo. Bathroom floor rug was not clean. Sink had not been cleaned, still had soap grime. Parking lot does not have enough spots for the number of rooms in the hotel. Had to park at the home depot across the way. Air conditioning unit made a terrible racket. Hotel was clearly understaffed."

"Room smelt musty or old cigarette odor. Dry mirror above sink was like looking into a mirror full of steam. Roll of toilet paper was almost done and no spare. Remote control only turned tv off and on and adjusted volume. Couldn’t search or change channels. Shower head brutal. Ice machine worked."

"It was very loud and the rooms were not very clean. They had a weird smell. The staff however was phenomenal. I wouldn’t stay there again because I felt unsafe as I was traveling with a toddler. What I read about the place was not what I got. I wouldn’t stay say it might be good for workers (male). I put a lot of stuff in front of my door to try to make it more secure."

"This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. At first impression this place looks ruff, the kind of place that you lock your car and still get robbed. Paint peeling and lights flickering. At check in, they demand cash, and then refused to give me my change. Off to a bad start. When I got to my room I was I shock at the filth on the carpet, the cement walls that resemble a jail cell, but most of all from the blast of cigarette smoke that practically billowed out...

"We booked 3 rooms. The beds were at least comfortable. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work in two of the rooms and one room the key card door lock was broken. Anyone could just walk into the room without a key card. Even worse, the safety latch was missing. So we slept with the writing desk blocking the door."

"This place is almost comically bad. I was rolling through Boise and needed a place at the last minute. The facilities were broken down, dirty, and truly sub-standard. I literally brought my sleeping bag from my car -- I couldn't imagine was the sheets were like under the bedspread. I've stayed in thousands of hotels -- this quite frankly was the WORST of the bunch."
