"The staff would t do anything about the barking dog in the room next to us. He barked for 3 hours straight. When I asked chuck the front desk attendant said there was nothing he could do even though the pet policy was displayed right behind him that stated otherwise. Super unhelpful and grumpy "

"When I arrived, even though I had a reservation confirmation on my phone, there was no room for me. The desk clerk said I did not have a reservation in their system. My email from Expedia told me that I did, and I showed it to the clerk, but it made no difference. I was out in the cold without a room. I had to make other arrangements after driving 11 hours to get there."

"The hotel is close to the I15. They allow dogs but the charge for a dog for a single night is atrocious at $100. We travel frequently with our dog and we often stay at Residence Inns. The usual fee is $25, up to $50, on the high end. I've never seen anything higher than $60, so $100, in our experience, is unheard of. Hostess told us TV wasn’t working this night and that there would not be breakfast- as it was being remodeled- the lobby seemed well maintained except for the doors.
