"My stay here has been extremely disappointing. I specifically paid for a room with proper amenities, yet several basic issues have made my experience unacceptable. The television in my room has not functioned as expected, and the toilet is defective—I’ve had to remove the tank cover just to flush it and prevent it from continuously running. This is not something any guest should have to deal with. Additionally, the bed frame has an exposed metal piece at the bottom that has caused us to hit our toes multiple times, which is both unsafe and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there has been excessive noise from pressure washing, and water was spraying near the elevator area, forcing us to avoid getting wet just to access it. Overall, these conditions fall far below what was advertised and what I paid for. I would appreciate this being addressed immediately and would like to discuss appropriate compensation for the inconvenience. I was there for a funeral so the last thing I wanted to deal with was having to pack all our things up to move rooms after driving over 8 hours. I was exhausted physically and mentally and grieving the loss of my dear Aunt. "

"This is not a four star property, at least based on comparables. Four star is usually Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton. The property and grounds at this resort may rise to four star, but the rooms, buildings, housekeeping do not. Having said that, in this part of California there are not many nicer hotels, but this is an older property that could use some work, at least where I was in the 6000’s. The common areas were very tired, poor lighting, stained carpeting. The rooms themselves were ok, minimalist and functional. The property doesn’t make a great first impression."

"My stay at the hotel had a mix of positives and frustrations. On the positive side, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities met expectations. The overall property was also in good condition, which made for a comfortable environment during my stay. However, my experience took a turn when I discovered an item missing from my room. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk at checkout, the response I received was minimal and dismissive. There was little acknowledgment, concern, or effort to look into the situation further. Just a note taken down and a simple “OK.” The lack of urgency in addressing my concern was disappointing. What could have been a pleasant stay ended on a negative note. While the physical aspects of the hotel were solid, the customer service in handling this issue fell short."
