"The room was not only subpar, but also was a designated smoking room. We specifically requested a non smoking room well in advance. The room smelt very bad, not only in cigarette smoke. The manager simply said he’d spray something in the room, we declined and instead went with a family relative. The manager tried convincing us to stay while we were leaving in our car. We later requested a refund and have had no luck. Don’t go here."

Also the last time I stayed here before this one I forgot my insulin bag and they tried to contact me letting me know they had it. At check-in they gave it to me. I’m very grateful my insulin is so expensive. Very professional, clean and welcoming place. I recommend them."

"Room was clean, bathroom was pretty clean. Bed was terrible, it was low to the floor and lumpy, no headboard just the decorated wall. The pillows were small and soft, I had to fold them in half to get decent support. I did not sleep well and now my neck hurts. The bathroom does not have a working fan and no a/c vent so it was humid and stuffy the whole time. "Great property and well maintained. Front staff, specifically the one training a young lady was super unfriendly. Def should not be dealing with the public as she obviously does not want to be there. Problems with the rooms bathtub were brought to her attention at checkout and she just blew it off and asked how I wanted to pay the resort fee. There was a bright star at the front desk though and wish I got her name. But she was nice."

"We had a wonderful stay! The balcony overlooking the winery was our favorite part, especially during sunset. The view was absolutely stunning. The staff was incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. The only suggestion I have is regarding the pool area.
