"Residences Alizees Spa is an apartment-hotel. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and the proprietor complained about not receiving payment from the owner of the apartment prior to our arrival. The property does not reflect the styled photos shown online. Several listed amenities were missing, including laundry facilities. Overall, the hotel is in need of proper maintenance and care.
