"one of the better airport hotels I've ever stayed at. Super easy to walk with bags from/to domestic terminal regardless the time of day and felt safe. Decent enough food and bev downstairs, friendly helpful staff. Cool view from bedroom to watch the planes. Room was honestly decent sized, but most importantly clean, comfortable. Enough for a good sleep and shower before long-haul flights."

"Staff were wonderful and friendly. Location is near mall with shopping and restaurants. We had an issue with a transfer to airport and staff quickly assisted with solving the problem. Great example of the customer service and attention to detail."

"The property had a check-in time of 3:00pm, but, because my flight came in at 6:30am, my room was ready for me! So so grateful for that! Room was beautiful, and bed was SO comfortable. After a 21 hour flight, I was really happy about that."

Disappointed that during our stay, the Roof Top Terrace was closed for a private function one night, and then on another night Firma Restaurant was closed for a private function! Seemed that guests come second! Weren’t told in advance and we booked months ahead!!"

"Lovely clean and welcoming place to stay. Cons: The bedding was basic and I got cold with the single thin blanket. There was no hand towel and only one face washer for three people. "Shower was blocked so would have to turn off the shower every 1min to let it drain because the water would pool out from the bottom of the shower into the rest off the bathroom. Shower around the bottom was dirty and bathroom. They do not supply any shampoo or conditioner like hotels usually would so I had to go purchase my own. "

"We found it difficult to park - there was always someone else parked in front of our unit. Housekeeping did not come at all during our two night stay. We had to go and ask for clean towels. Rubbish was not removed during the two days. There was no coffee or tea. There is mould in the shower, and the shower leaked. The only thing we had to mop up the water on the floor was our used bath towels. The bed was very hard, and was two smaller beds pushed together to make a king, so not an actual King...
