Nice tents and green areas , the prices in the resturang and bar was expensive . Also the hotel didnt have any sunbeds and umbrellas included in the price even of the hotel cost is pretty pricey. Breakfast staff was great nice and Quick service .

If you want a peaceful, quiet stay in nature by the sea in a well-designed resort and aren't bothered by being more self-sufficient (ex. lack of service) then this is a great place to stay. Stay: 3 nights The hotel, concept, area and design is beautiful. It is located in a quiet, private area surrounded by nature with the sea just steps from where you sleep. Check-in was seamless, the cottage was very cute and well designed and sized, and the sea and beach was breathtaking. However, sadly, the service and a few other things just weren't up to standards during our stay. I will note, we did have access to a whatsapp chat with the staff, which was helpful when making requests, ordering from the restaurant and they were responsive. the only issue is we had to ask for everything, rather than it being replenished ahead of time. Ex. had to ask for extra toilet paper as they didn't replenish, extra coffee pods, and water in the fridge rather than it being checked and restocked. Cleanliness in the restaurant needs to be better upheld, and food on site was limited. We almost always had to call someone over to take our order, even at the pool where we sat for a full hour and no one came over (we were the only ones there) before I got up and asked for a drink menu. they never came over at breakfast and instead of greeting us each morning they just asked for our room number, which felt impersonal. I don't regret the stay, but a few improvements would make it worth returning too.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Unsere Unterkunft war grosszügig, bot viel Platz und Privatsphäre – in diesem Bereich waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Restaurant konnte leider nicht mithalten. Die Küche war eher mässig, die Auswahl begrenzt – weder gute Pizza noch gute Pasta – insgesamt wirkten Zubereitung und Präsentation etwas lieblos und die Wartezeit kommt noch hinzu. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch, dass uns erst während des Aufenthalts mitgeteilt wurde, dass Kinder unter 8 Jahren den grossen Pool nicht benutzen dürfen. Diese wichtige Einschränkung war zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung weder auf der eigenen Website noch auf der Buchungsplattform oder in den AGB ersichtlich. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin wurde uns bestätigt, dass diese Information tatsächlich nicht entsprechend kommuniziert worden war. (seit her haben sie dies aktualisiert und es wird entsprechend darauf hingewiesen) Für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern ist dies ein entscheidender Punkt, der aus unserer Sicht zwingend bereits vor der Buchung transparent angegeben werden muss. Hätten wir diese Einschränkung gekannt, hätten wir uns angesichts des Preisniveaus für eine andere Unterkunft entschieden. Fazit: Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit grosszügigen Unterkünften, jedoch deutlichem Verbesserungspotenzial bei Gastronomie und insbesondere bei der transparenten Kommunikation gegenüber Familien.
