"I booked a triple room, they gave us a cramped messy family room. I pushed back and they got annoyed. Finally they gave us a double room. I want a partial refund. The sheets were dirty and had to get them to change it. The furniture was old and mostly everything on the wall was crooked. Not with the money at all. Location was the only good thing. "

"We appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly, allowing our dog to join us for our last-minute honeymoon. Unfortunately, the room was outdated, dusty, and lacked Wi-Fi. While the non-carpeted floors were a plus, they were uncomfortably cold. The balcony door felt unsafe, the bathroom was poorly cleaned, and the bathtub and shower were impractical.
