"The wifi was not reliable unfortunately. I don’t know why but I thought the pool would be heated or warm. The location of the hotel wasn’t the best because not too many good food options. Other areas in Hammamet had more options around. I can tell this hotel wasn’t probably great in its time but it’s very dated. I also despise when hotels claim they offer “free toiletries” when it was just an all-in-one hair, face and hand wash (that’s literally what it said). And I wish it was more age diverse....

"I booked a triple room, they gave us a cramped messy family room. I pushed back and they got annoyed. Finally they gave us a double room. I want a partial refund. The sheets were dirty and had to get them to change it. The furniture was old and mostly everything on the wall was crooked. Not with the money at all. Location was the only good thing. "

"This hotel is beautiful. I have stayed here many times. Two new things: They just resurfaced the pool and it looks so beautiful! They just installed a new gym with new equipment overlooking the sea. It is amazing! We love this hotel and stay here whenever we are in Hammamet."

"Overall the experience was good , the food was good , the stuff were very helpful, but there wasn’t room service! No water no coffee either tea ! This is the first hotel that i have been that don’t serve such simple things in the room . No shampoo or soap! But every thing else was very good ."
