"1st room at check in was 3rd floor no consideration taken that we were seniors. Could not manage poorly lite abd unsafe 2 flights of wooden stairs.
We were moved to 1st floor, new but things were broken, outlets were not finished, telephone was not put in, could not plug in wall fan. Floor was filthy from contractors working.
Next day moved to a front ocean view unit on 1st floor.
We cleaned the floor. Bed was the worst mattress, springs were caved in. Terrible for sleeping. Tried using...
