"The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back....

He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. "The property is only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, which is a great convenience. However, the beds are very uncomfortable and quite hard to sleep on. They are in need of an upgrade. I have been staying here for many years, and the rooms appear to be the same without any significant improvements. I hope the property considers updating the beds and making some room upgrades to improve the overall guest experience."

"The hotel was clean and close to a small beach. Pat the owner was friendly and helpful. Anita our housekeeper was sweet. She left some balloons and a paper to congratulate my granddaughter .on her high school graduation. The lodge is charming. We will definitely come back. The location is great."

"We are avid Cape visitors. For years we've been trying to find that one hotel that exceeds our expectations. And each year, we are disappointed for one reason or another. Not this year! Pelham House is not only beautiful but the grounds were wonderfully maintained and the room was pristine. Waking up in a comfortable bed, able to brew a hot cup of coffee and walk just 15 feet to the private beach was incredibly peaceful, which for us work horses, we desperately need. The room was clean.
