The weather was cold and wet but there were no spare blankets available in the cupboards. No washing up liquid was provided for guests to wash their dishes. No side plates available. "The food was great, the room was a let down in that it wasnt as nice as the pictures made it seem, but the bedroom its self wasnt terrible. it did have a mold patch in the bathroom and the shower head was smaller than i expected from the photos. The bathroom also didnt have an extraction fan but was on a sensor light, which the idea of is great but it was so bright that you almost felt like you where being abducted when you used it in the night. "It was a good experience. Helpfull staffs and relatively quiet downtown accommodation. Experienced loud music from adjacent rooms during the weekend nights but got stopped by 11:00 pm. The management Seriously need to get rid of that dirty old Sofa in the Matthew living room as it is awful with dirty spots and marks…otherwise it deserve a five star. Will nmot be suitable for elderly folks who will not be able to climb two flight of stairs carrying luggage up and down."

"Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, Haare am Fussboden, Zahnpasta am Waschbecken. Klimaanlage verschimmelt, konnte nicjt benutzt werden, demmach war es im Zimmer sehr kalt. Für den Preis erwarte ich nichts besonderes, aber Sauberkeit erwarte ich schon! Würde ich nicht mehr buchen"

"Property is situated in the centre of town, with plenty of parking. Very well presented and incredibly well appointed. Bed was TERRIBLE! Crazy soft and there was also no aircon in the bedroom. Sleeping a full night was impossible due to the heat created by the dense sheets and lack of cool airflow! Eaking up through the night managing the heat. As nice as it is without an ability to sleep comfortably its not worth booking. Clearly the owner has cash! invest in a decent bed! and move.the aircon...
