"each floor had a pantry where you can make coffee. Although the downstairs coffee in the lobby emptied really fast and they didn’t really refill it very often. There’s only one elevator going up to the fourth floor, at least by the lobby. So sometimes it would get crowded. The hotel is centrally located and very close to everything. "From the time I stepped in the hotel, the staff was already very accommodating. The receptionist during the day was also very hospitable, same as the night staff. The breakfast was GREAT for this level of hotel. There were a lot of selections. The Filipino guy and the Black American lady were very courteous and helpful. They were ALWAYS filling the warm trays. "The room was beautiful, the whole building was cleaned extremely well. The amenities were beautiful, but the kitchen was out of many of the breakfast options, so we didn't want to test their dinner options and ate elsewhere. The location was absolutely perfect!! It was very walkable. If you plan on staying in the Portland area for your trip, I would skip over renting a car. It's a $40 daily valet and there are no alternative parking areas that we could find.
