"It exceeded my expectations in terms of the appointment. The interior decor and the rooms were amazing and value for the money. Kenisha and Shade, I hope I got the names vaguely correct, the front desk staff were remarkable as were the respectful doormen. I wanted to write to Mark Wernich, the general manager to tell him that he is running an excellent operation, but I forgot to ask for his email.
The breakfast crew were attentive and welcoming.
I plan to return for an extended stay."
"This is the nicest airport hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at a lot. From the van picking me up to the inexpensive shuttle taking me to the wharf area, it was surprisingly wonderful. The room was delightful--with everything I could possibly want including a small jug of milk for coffee I made in the room. A couple shortbread cookies saved me when I woke up at 2 am hungry due to my long-haul travel. Breakfast was just perfect. A very nice chef made me an excellent omelet made with real eggs. It was cool but I checked out the nature walks in the hotel's back yard. What a nice surprise for an airport hotel.
