"I liked the fact that the rooms had cooktops but most extended stay locations offer the use of pots, pans, plates, spoons, and knives which this location does not offer. Everyone at the front desk was amazing, but the cleaners at the property need proper training. The room was not the cleanest and when they performed their weekly cleaning there were always things that were missed. I own a janitorial service company and we also do housekeeping so I understand the struggle with finding quality...

"Wonderful location for taking in Historic and Riverwalk Wilmington. Wonderful property. Sherry our Host was Amazing. She cooked the best breakfast ever, and asked about dietary restrictions too. She was available and helpful about the Area and Special places to go. She always asked if we needed anything. Rooms were so comfortable. Lovely experience."

"This is a nice boutique hotel that is walking distance to downtown and other historic sites. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful courtyard with lots of places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The rooms are nice and were quiet. It would be nice to have an indoor gathering or sitting area other than the room or bar/restaurant for when it’s raining or very hot. Overall, great place to stay."

"Breakfast was great. I think the people with dogs should be separated from the people without dogs. I had to hear dogs barking during my stay. I know it’s a dog friendly place but everyone doesn’t like or have dogs"
