"Property and inside the room was very clean. Room was very big and room. Kitchen has all u need to make a nice meal. Shower has shampoo/ conditioner and body soap. I liked how it was just a short walk to the beach. I e had a lovely time at this place!"

"The "continental" breakfast was abysmal. Sausage patties microwaved to the point of being too hard to eat, eggs that tasted like the inside of a pillow. There was options of cereal, with no milk. There was a waffle maker, but the entire time we were in the dining area, it never became available. They put us in the wrong room, then claimed it was the same price as the one we paid for so it wouldn't make a difference. The staff was very rude on the night shift, to the point of yelling and lecturing my children for waiting for me by the pool. There was no indication for when the pool opens or closes. When we returned to our room one evening, the entire room smelled like cannabis, with people smoking on the balcony. Upon calling the front desk from my cell phone (because there were no hotel phones in the room) staff said they would talk to the people in an irritated voice like I was disturbing her night, the situation was never resolved. Two towels were provided in the room, and when my son went to inquire for more, no one was available, so we had to use pool towels that were kept in a bin outside. I also hsd originally purchased 3 nights, but ended up checking out after the second (by checkout time) but they refused to refund me the room for the additional night we paid for and did not stay. Overall, this was the absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had."

"Convenient to the docks and several hotels and shops. Bed and air conditioning were excellent. However, the rooms for our group lacked a closet (!!!), and had no hair dryer, no safe, and minimal drawer space. The shower amenity was one tiny tube of shampoo. Our door stuck and was very hard to open, which could be a hazard in an emergency."

"Our first time at the Crystal Coast and this hotel. We would definitely stay again. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful and understanding with our travel plans. Facility well kept by the maintenance staff. Hotel design allows every room to have a great view of the ocean. Plenty of convenient, on-site parking."

"This is my new favorite spot in Beaufort - I beg you not to sleep on this place! It’s 10/10 all the way around! I want to gatekeep it for the breakfast, vibes, and room. But alas, it’s a whole 5 stars and then some in every avenue!"
