"Over a nice hotel. Nice location. Young but overall helpful staff. On two occasions there were no towels in the gym. Gym seemed small compared to size of hotel. Biggest complaint was the room. While there was a balcony, it was positioned to look at a wall. You had a five foot “window” to see the dunes/ocean. Wish that was disclosed. This was room 314. Never saw that in any room and I travel often. I nice hotel. 3 Diamond Michelin? Probably not."

"I had a stay booked at another location and when I checked in, I was mortified by the filth and disrepair. I had to leave the first location right away due to its horrid state, and booked Coastal Sands extremely last minute; what a pleasant surprise! The front desk gentleman, Loki, could not have been more polite and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, and had every amenity we needed to stay comfortably for 5 days. This hotel is convenient (walking distance) to the boardwalk and piers, beach and convention center. We will stay here again!"

"Having two pools is a nice thing however only one side has the lounge area it would be nice if both sides had it there was nowhere to lounge out on the C building. Also having more towels inside the room everything else was great free coffee unlimited and free ice was fantastic."
