"Love the location, surroundings, ambience, the staff, amenities, food and drinks. Too bad the travel agent office has closed else it would be very easy to arrange for sightseeing and day trips. But the reception was equally as helpful. The property location is perfect, not too far from Patong and Karon town to give you the quiet and seclusion, but close enough to access both commercial areas of Patong and Karon town, beach with a short taxi or tuk-tuk ride. Hats off also to the minute details...

"Everything was excellent, the location, which is close to shops and restaurants, the service, the atmosphere, activities for children. The only thing that bothered me during my stay at the hotel was the smell in the room, which was moldy. The employees tried to spray odors, but the smell kept coming back."
