"lovely aparthotel centrally based surrounded by various dining options & convienence shops decent size room , good wifi , nice hot shower, big enough size fridge , microwave & hob in the room good size & comfy bed cleaning staff excellent reception staff very professional & helpful area around the aparthotel allegedly a bit sketchy at night but i experienced no problems would definitely use residency again if i stay in the central area of cape town "

"Wow! Such a unique place to stay! We were first greeted by such kind staff and received very thorough information! Then took the original style elevator up to our room! Such an incredible touch to really enhance the style of the hotel! The rooms were clean and very comfortable beds! "The moment I arrived at Cape Grace, the staff greeted me with a warm smile and genuine care. Lucky and the entire staff at the hotel made my sister and me feel as if we were at home with family. "The staff is very helpful, and my room was huge and included a FULL kitchen with 4-burner stove (I didn't ask for that and am not sure how many rooms have that). The hotel is near the Victoria and Albert Waterfront, one of the most fun and safe places in town to wander around (although it's a full 15 mins walk away, and you can't really safely do that walk after dark; the hotel will suggest that you take a taxi)."
