The rooms were very big. Staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst the first room didn’t have aircon they did do the next best thing and put a big standing fan next to the bed, before I had to ask.

Hotel with a beautiful location and exterior but outdated and poorly maintained on the inside. The rooms are extremely outdated, poor lighting that does not work well, toilets need a proper scrub, bathroom doors used as room doors in the 2 bed apartment. though the front desk staff have excellent service - Delano and Ronelle stood out.

we checked in, not a family room, asked for a family room, none was available, Bath was situated in the open where the bed is, we had our 7 yr daughter with us, no TV in the room, furniture was horrible, not comfortable at all. Although what I can say was positive was the staff members that assisted us. Luca is a great asset to your business

The two-bedroom apartment was very spacious and well-designed, with two bathrooms that made it especially convenient. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. This place was so far from luxury. Extremely narrow hallways smelling of smoke. Rooms with cheap parquet and filthy upholstery and you could hear every word from the hallway. We checked out within a few hours of check in, it was so cringeworthy.
