Hotel Golf di Cape Town

"Loved it"

"Amazing experience. Really feels like home. Well worth the price. Only thing maybe is to improve the quality of the happy hour bar snacks and food which was not that great. Otherwise amazing."

"Staff were excellent"

"A gorgeous hotel with personality, character and exceptional hospitality Gorgeous George was one of the highlights of our stay in Cape Town. This is a boutique hotel with a wonderful sense of personality, combining eclectic interiors, beautiful design and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. What particularly impressed us was the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Every space felt thoughtfully designed, with distinctive furnishings, artwork and a character that sets it apart from more...

"We arrived early, hours before check-in, but the hotel were expecting us and made us feel very welcome, offering us a space to freshen up in before we ventured out to make the most of our one full day in Cape Town. Owner Michel was very friendly and helpful; he organised an airport transfer for us and recommended a wonderful restaurant within walking distance for dinner (Silk) and also which beach to visit (Clifton Fourth) the next morning before our afternoon flight to Port Elizabeth. "The guys at the bottom floor were absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and seemed like they were always looking out for us. The cafe/bar attached to the hotel is awesome and we really enjoyed the room!"

"Excellent and professional staff"

"Hotel reception is on the first floor of the building, which is served by a lift or you can easily walk up a flight of stairs (if you do not have heavy things to carry). "Good location, great food and very helpful staff"

"The trip started at a low point because i requested an airport transfer since I arrived late at night. Unfortunately, the transfer was never communicated to the night staff according to them. When I asked that I receive I free transfer on my return trip to make up for this mishap, they declined. Overall the hotel is nice and spacious, the room was great for a longer stay or a bigger group. It gets very loud so I would've recommend for families."

"Booked a stay in one of the Airstreams on the roof of this quirky hotel. It was a unique form of accommodation that didn’t disappoint. Lovely hotel in a good location with staff that properly looked after me. Would happily recommend."
