I had the most amazing time. The service was absolutely excellent. Jeson, Ashraf, Stephen and Fatu gave great service. They and other well mannered, respectful and helpful staff ensured that my stay was truly memorable.
And the room omg what a beautiful place. Elegant and luxurious.

Hotel was nice with easy access to WiFi.
Wished that the roads were easier to walk on but if you plan to drive or use a taxi it is fine. Location is good if you want to be close to a mall and there are coffee shops nearby and a few restaurants or you can go to the avenues mall nearby which has more choice.
Staff are helpful and access to 24 hour gym.

Stayed in a club room, definitely worth the extra money for the wonderful staff, food and evening drinks. Heading back to Bahrain in a few weeks, and I won’t consider staying anywhere else.

On arrival we found the front of house staff member who dealt with us very polite, helpful and service with a smile.
The room we had was superb, very clean and comfortable. Having chosen a club room this gave us access to the club lounge, this was an added bonus as having never had this from a hotel before it a nice little feature to have.
The Indian restaurant on the seventh floor was another bonus and the food was fantastic. As was the Terrace@2828.
A hotel i will have no hesitation to...

clean room, great service, great view but north facing so when the sun is low in the sky ( ie in november when we went) the pool is in shade which can get a bit chilly. Imagine it is beautiful in summer.
Spa has sauna and steam which is usually quiet so feels very personal and calm. would use again
