"We were visiting my son on Family weekend at Ualbany. The location was perfect for this trip, close to the university, restaurants and shopping. Room was spacious, clean and well laid out. Amenities like the pool and gym were perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful, even informing us on a fair that was in town. The only issue we had(minor one) was the AC unit in our room would constantly go on and off throughout the night and it was kind of loud when it did that. Aside from that the place was perfect for our trip. Would definitely stay again when in the Albany area."

"The room could’ve been tended to with a little more detail to cleanliness. There was a plastic spoon on the floor next to the bed and the phone was full of dust.. The overall property is beautiful and very well maintained We had breakfast at Mr. D’s for the duration of our stay and the staff were pleasant and the food was really good."

"The hotel is great the only reason I gave it a four-star review is because we went to a concert at the SPAC and after the concert went to the bar for a drink and the bar was closing at 11:00 p.m. on a Saturday. We're trying to figure out why the bar was closed so early when there are lots of people around and after a concert ."

"Cleanliness of the bathroom on arrival was less than ideal- visible mold and mildew in the shower and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall of first touch. However, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The location is prime if you are going to the park, and they even had a shuttle to and from SPAC which was a very welcome surprise that we used. Staff was pleasant and a pleasure to talk with. Would return again."
