"First and foremost I really enjoyed Jacob, he is a very kind gentleman and was very helpful. The room was nice, clean and zi enjoyed the corner room, it had all that we needed and petfect size for our short stay as we checked in after our visit to Grants Cottage. Took a breather before our dinner reservations at The Wishing Well which was a lovely place and fine food. The complimentary tickets Jacob gave us for the Mexican restaurant were an added bonus. "Filthy. Reeked of cigarettes (reserved "non smoking") so bad it stung my nostrils. I had to leave all my luggage in the car so that it wouldn't all stink the next day. Stained mattress cover, super thin sheets. Burned out main light, wifi didn't work, a/c had no controls, Floors and walls were dirty. When I complained about the smell, the owner/manager handed me a can of Febreze. When I asked for a different room I was told they were sold out; I stayed 1 night (Fri-Sat) and never saw more than 3...
