"Je ne comprends pas les avis précédents. L’hôtel est superbe, le personnel est adorable, et les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité ! Le coin piscine est magnifique, le petit-déjeuner est excellent, et la salle de sport est très bien équipée. Franchement, je ne vois rien à reprocher à cet hôtel ni à son personnel. Seul petit bémol : nous avons été réveillés par du bruit un matin. Mais à part cela, tout était parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % ! 🙏"

"It was new for me b&b concept with check in. Hotel is in quite relaxing secluded area 10 minutes drive to Polignano a Mare. Need a car or Uber for any destination stinks to go. "

"The Staff were wonderful and the front desk people were really helpful. There is a taxi service that you have to pay for to get too and from hotel that they send you but it was so much easier than Uber! They did have Air Con in the rooms you just have to let it rest for a little bit other wise it will just blow air. Just turn it off and on again it will turn back on. The breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Really loved the coffee and the food. Didn't get a chance to use the pool as we were here for...

"The room was clean but it was NOT in the hotel and NOT as advertised. The hallway was dark, the elevator was slow - better to walk the 6 flights of stairs. There was no one on the front desk when we arrived so we waited 15 minutes to check in. It was a very unwelcoming place and we did not feel safe there. The price changed by $100 when we paid for it with all fees in versus what it was advertised for. This is absolute FALSE advertising."

"Lovely staff and Amazing location "

"This is NOT a hotel! It is not even a B&B since it does not offer any breakfast or coffee (no restaurant or room service is available onsite and the alcohol bar was closed during our stay). The reception desk is open only during the day and you are expected to let yourself in and out to the 10th floor without any staff assistance using one of two very busy tiny elevators (2 people max) which are servicing all other floors as well. The building houses other offices/businesses on the floors below...

"Great bed & breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Really friendly host, who checked us in and was very responsive to arrival time and logistics. Lovely breakfast provided too. Worked well for a one night stay after a later arriving flight. "
