"If. You want a bolt hole out side Milan with reasonable access to the metro, at reasonable prices this is it. However. I hate it when you don't get the full picture in their web pages. They show the hotel just as it was first finished not as it currently is. They claim to have a Mona Lisa high class restaurant, this is not open. "The hotel it's beautiful but the staff from reception let it down, the gentleman make us feel more like arriving to a precint asking us for the identification and credit card. No giving us a warm welcome. Then, he gave us the last room (disabled room i might add). But the staff from the restaurant at breakfast, they were so helpful. I hope the hotel give more training to the staff at front of the house"
