"The breakfast spread was amazing there was something for everyone and the only lady that worked breakfast was so sweet. It was clean and set up nicely. Huge shout out to Debora and the shuttle drivers they were all really kind and helpful. Not so much the other front desk people though. They did not seem to enjoy their jobs and looked uninterested in helping anyone. Next door Lumii sushi was also good and I would eat there again. "

"The location is ideal if you’re flying into the Venice Marco Polo airport. The shuttle to the hotel is reasonably priced. City bus that takes you to the Venice island is nearby. The breakfast has a great variety. The rooms are very clean and plenty of space."

"My stay was very short and therefore not of much consequence as to the amenities. Sidewalk café was wonderful for an evening meal. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. Checked out at 5am. "

"The location of the hotel is very good. However, the property is quite outdated overall; the rooms and especially the bathrooms are in need of significant renovation. During the Biennale period, the room rates were more than double the usual price. I don’t believe this price level reflects the quality offered by the hotel."

"The room was very nice. It is separate from the main building and almost felt like a small apartment. The staff was very helpful and I had a pleasant stay. My only critique would be, I wish they would inform you that the airport shuttle will not take you directly to the terminal but to the parking lot which made it very difficult for us because we had some very heavy luggage and there were no carts at the parking lot."
