We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, the amenities were excellent, and every detail made the experience feel special. The service truly went above and beyond, and I felt valued throughout my visit. I would happily stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and family.

Hotel was in the heart of Capri Town, great spot with many shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Also taxi and bus service was very close which made exploring further parts of the island easier. Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to stay at this property!

I was so happy i booked M palazzo capri hotel. in general, we like stay at hotels such as Four Seasons, Edition Hotel, Ritz Carlton. When I arrived at hotel it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were brand new suites and the hotel lounge is quality. The 5 star breakfast every morning was brought to the room was fantastic and presented beautiful. The location of hotel is 1 minute walk to taxi stand and cable car. It’s a 4 minute walk to quisisanna which is exactly what I wanted. I look forward to stay with you again soon.

The room was immaculate, brand new, clean, and amazing view of the sea on my private patio. There were complimentary refreshments in the fridge stocked daily. The staff are amazing, kind and helped me feel confident in eating and ordering food at their restaurant due to my peanut and nut allergy. The hotel was central to the piazza shopping center area and to the train that takes you to the marina. The only downside was that there was no pool, if that is something you wish to enjoy during the hot summer months. Would come stay here again! Thank you so much for your care and attention!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Palazzo M Capri and had the most amazing huge room with a wraparound patio and ocean view! The interior design of this hotel is classy and gorgeous. From the minute we arrived, we had excellent customer service from everyone who worked there and we were treated so well. We also loved our dinner ordered to the room and it was honestly our best meal we had in Italy. The location is perfect and walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Capri.

This place nails everything you could possibly want in a hotel. The location is amazing, the staff makes you feel like a VIP from the moment you walk in, and the view? Forget about it. Some of the best food I’ve had is two doors down, and the shopping options right outside the front door are endless.

The room and view were gorgeous and the service was excellent. The hotel is in the best location - it's 2 minutes from the funicolare and around the corner from the main piazza. The area is busy but our room was perfectly quiet.

One of the most beautiful rooms we've been in. Comes with a beautiful view and lovely enhanced touches. Id go back to Capri just to stay there again. Even nicer than more expensive 5 star hotels. The location is also perfect. Right next to the cable car and the bus/taxi station and within Capri center.

We had a very good experience at Palazzo M Capri. The hotel’s location is perfect (right in the center of Capri), the room was super nice and clean and the staff were super friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend it!
